Hotel Accommodations

 

All conference sessions will take place at the Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort Cliff Lodge, located at 9320 S. Cliff Lodge Drive, Snowbird, Utah, approximately 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport.

 

Please note that hotel reservations are not included in your registration to the Annual Meeting and must be made separately.

 

The deadline to reserve rooms is Thursday, August 9th. After which availability and rate cannot be guaranteed. Rates are available 3 days pre and post depending on availability.

A one night deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance charged 3 days prior to the arrival date. Reservations are fully refundable up to 3 days prior to arrival. A one night cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival. Any changes after arrival or early departures are non-refundable. 

 

There are a very limited number of rooms with king beds available for an upgrade fee of $25/night.

 

The Executive Committee Meeting is scheduled for 12:00-2:30pm Saturday, September 15th with all other conference sessions and events concluding by 12:00pm that day.
