The CSG-WEST Executive Committee reviews the work and activities of the policy committees and adopts policy positions expressing the sense of the organization. The Committee is comprised of CSG-WEST officers and committee leadership as well as designated representatives, usually the presiding officers and ranking minority leaders from each western state. The Executive Committee of CSG-WEST works with the Western Governors' Association, Western Municipal Conference and Western Interstate Region of the National Association of Counties to insure consistent and creative advocacy of the West's interests by its political leadership on the state and local levels.
