Beginning in 2007 at the annual meeting, CSG-WEST made a commitment to hold a special forum each year for women lawmakers and others interested in the role of women in today’s political world. Our first two forums featured Fawn Germer, author of “Mustang Sallies” and award-winning journalist. 

 In 2009 Deb Sofield, executive coach and president of the board of directors of the Women’s Campaign School at Yale University, joined us to share her “Unspoken Rules of the Game: A Handbook for Women.”  For women interested in attending the Women’s Campaign School at Yale, CSG-WEST has donated funds for two tuition scholarships for the 2010 event.  Click on www.wcsyale.org for more information.
