2015-2016 State & Federal Relations Committee

The State & Federal Relations Committee provides a forum for Western legislators to discuss issues relating to state and federal affairs. Among other things, the committee engages in policy discussions and exchange of information regarding federal regulatory changes, federal policies affecting states, public lands, state sovereignty, federal mandates and the promotion of strong state-federal partnerships. The Committee will also draw on the expertise and support of CSG’s federal affairs office in Washington, D.C., as well as CSG’s Focus on Federalism Initiative.
