Jessica Cox

As the first armless pilot in aviation history, Jessica Cox continues to push beyond perceived barriers by becoming the first armless black belt, a state champion in ATA Martial arts, a certified scuba instructor, and the author of Disarm Your Limits. By utilizing dormant physical traits to adapt and use her feet in the way that others use their hands, Jessica has learned to conquer physical barriers. In doing so, she developed mental skills that allow her to achieve the seemingly impossible, in her unique way. Through her remarks, Jessica will widen the lens and share her unconventional views on how to achieve impossible feats.

General Nadja West

A trailblazer in female leadership, Lieutenant General (ret) Nadja West is the 44th Army Surgeon General and the former Commanding General of US Army Medical Command. She is the first African American woman 3-star General in the Army’s history, and currently the highest-ranking woman to ever graduate from West Point. In sharing her story, she provides motivation on how to overcome challenges with self-belief, bravery, and balance. With more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership, crisis management, and disaster response, she speaks expertly on how to effectively lead teams through times of uncertainty and crisis.
